Program Manager-Research Grant Writer
JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager coordinates large extramural and intramural program grants (P, R, U level grants) to support otolaryngology investigators. The Prgram Manager writes and edits extramural grants (P, R, U level grants) with the Otolaryngology Principal Investigator. The program manager will have to learn various RFA requirements to ensure the grant application is compliant and competitive. The Program Manager functions as a project manager on NIH, DoD, and NSF grant mechanisms
A. organize and manage deadline schedules for required documents
B. work with grants administrator to ensure required documents are submitted

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
- Provides budgetary management to the program.
- Provides training and guidance for individuals supporting the program.
- Promotes growth and expansion of the program.
