Marshfield Medical Center - Rice Lake is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join its established department. Rice Lake Center is a 55+ provider multi-specialty regional clinic. Duties include all aspects of routine outpatient and hospital care of newborns, infants, children and adolescents. Average number of patients seen in the office daily is 15-25. Call coverage is 1:4, and provided at adjoined medical center. This position is supportive of H1b and J1 visa candidates.

National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site.

Rice Lake Community

With a population of just over 9,000, Rice Lake has many of the offerings of city life, nestled among some of the most beautiful features nature has to offer. The district consists of six elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. Rice Lake is a popular summer resort area as well as a playground for those who enjoy swimming, boating, water-skiing, and fishing. Held each winter just north of Rice Lake is the biggest cross-country skiing event in the nation, the Birkebeiner. Culturally, Rice Lake offers the Red Barn Players Summer Theatre and Art Center as well as the Northern Star Theatre. In the summer many residents of Rice Lake enjoy the splash pad, Turtleback golf course, and the Moon Lake Park with soccer fields. Fun Fact: Each summer, enjoy all that the city's 10-day Aquafest festival has to offer, such as national musical acts, carnival rides, food and family activities.
