MercyOne Des Moines is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join our collegial cutting edge fellowship trained Neurosurgery team. We offer top tier compensation with a $70,000 sign on, and production/quality incentive plan.
Opportunity Details:
- Case mix includes complex spine, neurovascular conditions, brain and trauma
- Two Clinic Days/3 OR Days
- No elective cases or clinic while on Trauma Call
- Dedicated Clinic RN for each Physician
- Call 1:4 with APP taking 1st call
- APP's primary assist with daily inpatient rounding
- On site X-Ray, CT and MRI/ Functional MRI
- Robust spine center with integrated Pain and PMR
- Clinical practice experience strongly preferred
