Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant join the Eagle Point Family Medicine Clinic, located just outside of Medford, Oregon. Our clinic features a patient-centered medical home model and multi-disciplinary team including physician, physician assistant, psychologist, case manager, and clinical pharmacist.
